Gary Ledford Joins Grace Five to Translate Marketing Execution to Sales Execution

Charlotte, N.C. (September 9, 2013) – Grace Five LLC today announced Gary Ledford will join the Grace Five team to lead a new sales coaching service for clients. Ledford has over 20 years of experience in sales and entrepreneurship, having founded three companies focused on executive coaching, sales training, and methodologies for improving individual and organizational behavior.

Ledford spent almost a decade with Franklin Covey, and served as a facilitator and sales leader coach for Ninety Five 5, a sales enablement and coaching consulting firm, which was acquired by Franklin Covey. Gary has facilitated and delivered the 4 Disciplines of Execution and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Ledford’s other areas of practice include Executive Performance Coaching, Organizational Transformation, Lean Enterprise, and Custom Leadership Development programs.

Ledford has held various senior management positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer within the Automotive, Furniture, Hosiery, and Converting industries. Within these industries, he was involved in implementing world-class concepts he learned while studying the Toyota Production System at Toyota City in Japan. He has led seminars around the world and published articles on Employee Engagement and Organizational Transformation. He holds a Black Belt in Six Sigma and is considered a Lean Enterprise expert.
